Everything worthwhile starts as a dream, and dreamers are the hardest working people we know. TapThat Concepts is a longtime dream and passion project of Sam Marrero and Patrick Wills that became a reality during the Covid epidemic. Though plans to launch our first concept fell through at the time, we continued to dream big and create more concepts. After launching Tater Traderz as a cloud kitchen in Midtown Phoenix earlier this year, we are now prepared to go mobile and bring the concept to diners around the valley.
